WS1A (Security) is the only workstream fully complete. WS2 (Email) is on track — 6 of 11 emails sent on schedule, with Email 5 (Member Offer) due May 7. WS3 (Meta Ads) is built and ready to launch; all three campaigns are complete with final creative and targeting, but Rob's approval has been pending since April 28. WS4 (Automation) is the most critical gap — both sequences were due April 27, 7 days ago, and are not yet live. WS1B (Phase Zero Design) has not started, 14 days past its planned April 20 start, with a June 1 deadline that is now 28 days out.
The Quo phone system SOW was deployed April 21 for Rob's signature by ~April 25. That deadline has passed — status needs confirmation. If not yet signed, the May 22 go-live target is at risk given the number porting timeline.
🔴 WS4 Automation — 7 Days Overdue: Both sequences (Estimate Lead Warmup + Club Welcome) were due April 27. Neither is live. The Kit sequence "Estimate Lead Warmup" does not yet exist. Email content must be pasted via UI; Zapier zaps must be built. This is the most urgent open item.
